The new multi-generational OAKVILLE neighbourhood is located on Oak Avenue, less than a 10-minute walk from downtown Saint-Lambert and less than half an hour by train or car from downtown Montreal. The project will be designed on the basis of sustainable development principles in keeping with the values of the community, namely the enhancement of nature, generational diversity, sustainable mobility, energy transition to reduce energy consumption, and finally a choice of healthy materials for the residents and a strategy to reduce environmental noise.
