LE FLORE
Overview
Rooted in nature and history, Le Flore offers 580 rental apartments on Île-des-Sœurs, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, across two phases. Its lushly landscaped inner courtyard creates a peaceful oasis, while its shared amenities will include an indoor pool with sauna, a gym and an urban chalet. Just steps from the REM and major roadways, 15 minutes from downtown and close to the island’s cycling network, the project is targeting LEED certification.

Project inspiration
Le Flore draws inspiration from the rich history of Île-des-Sœurs, which was long inhabited and cultivated by a religious community. In tribute to this heritage, the project incorporates stone into its design, blending it harmoniously with a modern, timeless aesthetic.
