Our recent projects have a space dedicated to receiving parcels with a system designed in Quebec that allows you to receive parcels safely even if you are not at home. We generally install smart key systems to access the rental units or to access the common areas. You may also have the option to access your unit or common areas with your cell phone. Our PUR Contact application will also allow you, in the rental buildings, to make service requests, reserve a space at the gym or a room, receive the date of the next event and receive information about your building in one click on your phone or via the web platform.
