Yes, it is sometimes possible to make changes to the plans before construction. However, there are constraints that could make some changes impossible to make because we must always respect the structural integrity of the building, the mechanics, etc. Additional costs are to be expected to make any changes.
At the signing of the preliminary contract, a percentage ranging from 5% to 20% of the total amount of your condo will be required depending on the progress of the project at the time of signing. If construction has not yet begun, you should expect to pay 5% at the signing of the contract, 10% at the beginning of the contract and 5% when the roof is built.
